Sweet Phoebe  is a lap dog!  She is a seven year female dachshund /terrier mix who was brought to Barc by her owner to find a new home. Her owner adopted her as a six week puppy and is so sad to surrender her, but her health has deteriorated to the point that she can no longer care for her.
