Shasta is a GREAT lil girl who is approx 4 mnths old and was rescued from a very sad situation.  She was found by BARC dumped on a piece of  property whose owner wasn't able to provide proper care and nourishment for her.  Shasta is such a spirited, loving, carefree lil girl you would never guess her first months of life were so tragic!  Please call BARC for more info on this beautiful baby!
